I'm a process improver. I find where work is inefficient, find ways to solve the inefficiencies, and build solutions that actually stick.
I start by listening.
I map workflows, talk to the people doing the work, and look for the gaps — the manual handoffs, the data living in spreadsheets, the steps that shouldn't exist.
Then I think about what tool fits: a process change, an integration, a system redesign, or digitalization. The goal is always simpler, clearer, more sustainable.
And then we improve it again.
